Narrative:AS THE PLT WAS TAXIING TO TAKEOFF ON A HOT DAY, THE TAXIWAY SURFACE COLLAPSED UNDER THE LEFT MAIN GEAR. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE LEFT WING SPAR WAS DAMAGED.
Probable Cause: THE COLLAPSE OF THE TAXIWAY, WHICH WAS INADEQUATELY MAINTAINED.
