Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT WAS CONDUCTING AGRICULTURAL SPRAYING OPERATIONS WHEN IT STRUCK POWERLINES AT THE END OF THE APPLICATION RUN. THE VERTICAL FIN AND RUDDER WAS TORN OFF. THE PILOT SAID HE SHOULD HAVE PAID MORE ATTENTION TO THE KNOWN HAZARD.
