WHILE MAKING A LOW PASS OVER A SNOW-COVERED AIRSTRIP, THE PLT MISJUDGED HIS ALTITUDE. THE AIRCRAFT'S MAIN GEAR MADE CONTACT WITH SIX INCH DEEP SNOW, & AFTER TRAVELING APRX 100 FT, THE PLANE NOSED OVER.
