Narrative:DURING SOFT FIELD TAKEOFF FROM A ROUGH STRIP THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A HOLE CAUSING THE NOSE WHEEL TO DROP ONTO THE RUNWAY HARD. THE NOSE WHEEL SEPARATED AND THE ACFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT AND COLLIDED WITH A DRAINAGE DITCH. .
