Narrative:THE PILOT WAS ON A SOLO FLIGHT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRACTICING TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK A CULVERT. THE FLIGHT WAS THE PILOT'S SECOND SUPERVISED SOLO.
