DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL ON THE RUNWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 25 MPH THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE. THE AIRPLANE LOOPED TO THE RIGHT.
