Narrative:WHILE ON AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLT DURING THE GROUND ROLL THE WIND CHANGED FROM A HEADWIND TO A TAILWIND. THE PLT DUMPED THE LOAD OF CHEMICAL IN AN ATTEMPT TO CLIMB BUT THE ACFT CRASHED INTO A FISH POND.
