Narrative:THE PLT SAID HE HAD BEEN FLYING UNDER POWER LINES DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION OPERATION, AND WHILE PERFORMING HIS DOWNWIND PASS, AN UPDRAFT CAUSED HIM TO COLLIDE WITH THE BOTTOM WIRES. HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND COLLIDED WITH THE TERRAIN.
