Narrative:THE PILOT DID NOT ADEQUATELY SECURE THE AIRCRAFT PRIOR TO HAND-PROPPING THE ENGINE. THE ENGINE STARTED AND RESULTED IN THE AIRCRAFT TAXIING WITHOUT A PILOT AT THE CONTROLS. THE PILOT-LESS AIRCRAFT IMPACTED A UTILITY POLE CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
