Narrative:DURING OR AFTER LIFT-OFF, THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR AXLE ASSEMBLY SEPARATED FROM THE LANDING GEAR LEG WHEN THE MOUNTING BOLTS SHEARED. DURING LANDING, THE AIRPLANE GROUND-LOOPED AND THEN FLIPPED TO THE INVERTED POSITION.
