Narrative:PLT LANDED LONG TO AVOID POTENTIAL CONFLICT WITH TRUCK WAITING TO CROSS RWY. THE PILOT STATED HE EXPERIENCED A TAILWIND AFTER TOUCHDOWN. HE INITIATED A GO-AROUND BUT CONTACTED ROUGH TERRAIN IN OVERRUN BEFORE BECOMING AIRBORNE.
