Narrative:THE STUDENT PILOT WAS RETURNING FROM A CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING FLIGHT. AT TOUCHDOWN THE ACFT BOUNCED AND BEGAN TO PORPOISE. THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE PLANE NOSED DOWN. THE FBO REPORTED CALM WINDS AND DRY RNWY CONDITIONS.
