Narrative:DURING TAKEOFF AND LANDING PRACTICE, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT OFF OF THE RUNWAY DESPITE REPORTED FULL RIGHT RUDDER APPLICATION BY THE PILOT. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO ROLL ACROSS THE GRASS AND CAME TO REST AFTER COLLIDING WITH A CONSTRUCTION DITCH.
