Narrative:SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ENGINE FAILED. DURING THE FORCED LANDING THE AIRCRAFT RAN INTO A ROCK QUARRY. INSPECTION OF THE ENGINE REVEALED THAT THE FUEL INJECTOR LINES WERE LOOSE AND THAT ONE LINE HAD SEPARATED.
