Narrative:DURING LANDING ROLL ON A FROZEN LAKE, THE LEFT LANDING GEAR DUG INTO A SOFT SPOT. THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER AND WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. IN HIS RECOMMENDATION FOR PREVENTION OF THIS ACC, THE PLT SAID 'BY NOT LNDG ON ICE.'
