Narrative:WHILE ON A POSITIONING FLT THE ACFT LANDED GEAR UP. THE PLT STATED THAT HE FAILED TO FOLLOW THE CHECKLIST & FORGOT TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. EXAMINATION OF THE LANDING GEAR ASSY BY FAA PERSONNEL REVEALED NO FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION.
