THE STUDENT PILOT ENCOUNTERED GUSTING WINDS AND LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT DURING LANDING ROLL. THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT OF THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK A PARKED UNOCCUPIED AIRCRAFT.
