Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING THE INITIAL CLIMBOUT FROM THE AIRPORT HE ENCOUNTERED A COMPLETE WHITEOUT CONDITION. THE PILOT THEN ELECTED TO LAND ON THE FROZEN LAKE AND DURING THE ROLLOUT THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A SNOWBANK.
