Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF CONTROL DURING THE TAKEOFF PORTION OF A TOUCH AND GO. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK A SNOWBANK COLLAPSING THE NOSE GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
