Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT GROUNDLOOPED DURING LANDING ROLL JUST AS THE TAILWHEEL TOUCHED DOWN. THERE WERE NO REPORTED MECHANICAL PROBLEMS AND WINDS WERE LIGHT AND VARIABLE. HOWEVER, THE PILOT STATED THAT HE THOUGHT HE FELT A GUSTOF WIND.
