Narrative:PILOT FAILED TO SEE AND AVOID TREE AT END OF SWATH RUN DURING A SPRAYING OPERATION. AFTER CONTACTING THE TREE, THE HELICOPTER STARTED TO SPIN AND STRUCK THE GROUND IN AN APPROXIMATE 90 DEGREE RIGHT BANK AND STARTED TO BURN.
