Narrative:
THE PILOT STATED THE GRAVEL AIRSTRIP WAS MUDDY AND HE LIFTED OFF AT THE END OF THE STRIP. THE AIRCRAFT CLIPPED A TREE WITH THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AND THE AIRPLANE SETTLED INTO THE TREES.
