Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT AFTER ROLLOUT ON THE GRASS RUNWAY, HE LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL CAUSING THE PLANE TO GROUND LOOP. EXMINATION OF THE TAILWHEEL REVEALED THAT THE TIRE WAS FLAT PRIOR TO THE LANDING.
