Narrative:THE WIND WAS BLOWING FROM THE SOUTH AT APPROXIMATELY 15 KNOTS GUSTING 30 KNOTS. AS HE WAS TURNING OFF THE RUNWAY, THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO GROUND LOOP ON THE TAXIWAY.
