Narrative:THE ENGINE STALLED FOR UNDETERMINED REASONS AFTER THE PILOT MADE A WIDE CIRCLE TURN. DURING A FORCED LANDING IN A LAKE, THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER. THE LAST ANNUAL AIRCRAFT INSPECTION WAS 15 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE ACCIDENT.
