Narrative:THE FLIGHT WAS MAKING AN ILS APPROACH TO RUNWAY 36 IN IMC. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN ABOUT 2,000 FEET DOWN THE 5,000 FOOT RUNWAY AND TO THE LEFT OF THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE. THE AIRCRAFT HYDROPLANED ON STANDING WATER ON THE RUNWAY AND SKIDDED OFF THE END COMING TO REST IN A ROCK PILE 100 YARDS BEYOND THE RUNWAY END. THE PLT STATED THAT HE MADE THE DECISION NOT TO PERFORM A GO-AROUND.
