Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT ENGINE POWER REDUCED DURING THE INITIAL CLIMB PHASE OF THE TAKEOFF. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO RETURN TO THE RUNWAY OF DEPARTURE. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED HARD ON THE AIRPORT AND NOSED OVER ON ITS BACK.
