Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT BRAKES WERE APPLIED DURING THE LANDING ROLL PRIOR TO THE TAILWHEEL MAKING GROUND CONTACT CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO NOSE OVER AND COME TO REST INVERTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
