Narrative:THE PLT WAS ON A NORMAL SPRAY RUN NEXT TO THE EDGE OF A FIELD WHEN HE MISJUDGED HIS CLEARANCE & THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES CONTACTED A TREE. THE HELICOPTER THEN CRASHED TO THE GROUND IN A WHEAT FIELD.
