Narrative:AFTER LANDING, THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO TAXI THE AIRCRAFT TO THE RAMP WHEN HE ENCOUNTERED STRONG GUSTY WINDS. THE PASSENGER AND FOUR LINEMEN ATTEMPTED TO HOLD THE AIRCRAFT DOWN, BUT THE WINDS BLEW THE AIRCRAFT OVER INVERTED CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
