Narrative:THE PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO LAND THE EXPERIMENTAL AIRCRAFT WHEN HE LOST CONTROL AND IMPACTED ON THE RWY. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THE PILOT HAD FLOWN THIS AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT STATED THE AIRCRAFT 'REFUSED TO FLARE PROPERLY.'
