Narrative:WHILE HOVERING FROM THE WASH RACK, THE HELICOPTER BACKED INTO A UTILITY POLE. THE MAIN ROTOR SYSTEM SEPARATED FROM THE AIRFRAME FOLLOWING THE COLLISION. THERE WERE NO POSTIMPACT MECHANICAL MALFUNCTIONS/FAILURES.
