AS THE AIRCRAFT APPROACHED ITS HOME AIRPORT AT AGANA, GUAM THE CAPTAIN PASSED OUT. THE FIRST OFFICER TOOK OVER THE CONTROLS AND LANDED THE ACFT WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE CAUSE OF THE INCAPACITATION WAS NOT DETERMINED.
