Narrative:DURING AN EXTERNAL LOAD OPERATION, THE ENGINE LOST POWER. THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH THE TERRAIN AND ROLLED OVER. INSPECTION OF THE ENGINE REVEALED AN OVERTEMPERATURE TO THE FIRST AND SECOND STAGE TURBINE WHEEL AIRFOILS.
