Narrative:AFTER LANDING PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT DURING ROLLOUT. AIRCRAFT STRUCK TAXIWAY EDGE AND TAXIWAY MARKER SIGN CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT. POST ACCIDENT TESTING OF THE ANTI-SKID SYSTEM DID NOT REVEAL ANY FUNCTIONAL DEFECTS.
