Narrative:PLT WAS ATTEMPTING TO TAKEOFF FROM A SOFT FIELD. THE GEAR CAUGHT A RISE IN THE FIELD AND ACFT SETTLED BACK TO THE SOFT GROUND TEARING OFF THE NOSE WHEEL AND DAMAGING BOTH WINGS.
