Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT AFTER DROPPING HIS BANNER, HE CIRCLED BACK TO DROP THE BANNER HOOK SO HE COULD LAND, AND AS HE WAS CIRCLING, THE ACFT STALLED, STARTED A SPIN TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK THE GROUND.
