Narrative:THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH POWER LINES DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLIGHT. THE PILOT HAD MADE SEVERAL PASSES PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT AND NOTICED THE WIRES EACH TIME. VISIBILITY WAS GOOD, IT WAS DAYLIGHT CONDITIONS, AND THERE WERE NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS.
