Narrative:ON LANDING TOUCHDOWN, AIRCRAFT NOSE TIRE BLEW OUT. THE STUDENT PILOT OVER-CORRECTED WITH CONTROLS AND POWER, CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO BALLOON INTO THE AIR AND TOUCH DOWN A SECOND TIME IN A FLAT ATTITUDE, RESULTING IN A HARD LANDING.
