Narrative:THE FLIGHT WAS ON APPROACH FOR LANDING WHEN ENGINE POWER WAS LOST DUE TO FUEL EXHAUSTION. THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED IN A TIDAL MARSH AND NOSED OVER SLIGHTLY IN THE SOFT MARSH AND WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.
