Narrative:THE ENGINE QUIT DURING FLIGHT DUE TO CARBURETOR ICE. THE PLT BECAME COMMITTED TO A FORCED LANDING AFTER HE WAS UNABLE TO RESTART THE ENGINE. A DOWNWIND LANDING WAS MADE IN STRONG WIND CONDITIONS. CONTROL OF THE ACFT WAS LOST AND IT OVERTURNED IN A MUD FLAT.
