THE ACFT PORPOISED AND NOSED DOWN DURING LANDING. THE PLT REPORTED THAT ON THE SECOND LANDING ATTEMPT, THE ACFT BOUNCED AND SHE FAILED TO APPLY POWER SOON ENOUGH TO EFFECT A RECOVERY.
