Narrative:AN UNCERTIFICATED PLT WAS FLYING THE ACFT AT A LOW ALTITUDE WHEN THE ACFT STRUCK WIRES. DUE TO THE DAMAGE TO THE ACFT A FORCED LANDING WAS MADE ONTO A BARK DUMP WHERE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE OCCURRED TO THE ACFT.
