Narrative:WHILE GROUND TAXIING FOR TAKEOFF THE ACFT LEFT MAIN GEAR BRAKE FAILED. DURING THE ENSUING RIGHT GROUND LOOP THE LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE LEFT WING IMPACTED THE ASPHALT TAXIWAY.
