DURING CLIMB OUT THE ACFT ENTERED A DEPARTURE STALL. THE ACFTS LEFT WING DROPPED AND THE ACFT CAME TO REST 90 DEGREES FROM ITS DEPARTURE HEADING. THIS ACFT HAS NO STALL WARNING SYSTEM.
