Narrative:THE PLT STATED THAT HE BECAME DISTRACTED & FORGOT TO PUT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN. HE ALSO STATED THAT THE LANDING GEAR WARNING HORN WAS INOPERATIVE. POST CRASH EXAMINATION REVEALED THAT THE LANDING GEAR WARNING HORN MICROSWITCH WAS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT.
