Narrative:DURING THE CLIMBOUT OVER THE MOUNTAIN RIDGE, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO LOSE ALTITUDE EVENTUALLY CONTACTING THE EDGE OF THE RIDGE. AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT STRONG WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN WAS REPORTED IN THE AREA.
