Narrative:THE PILOT STATED HE WAS SPRAYING INSECTICIDES ON CORN AND ENCOUNTERED A WIND SHEAR THAT PULLED THE AIRPLANE DOWN INTO THE CORN. HE WAS UNABLE TO RECOVER AND THE AIRPLANE HIT THE GROUND.
