Narrative:
THE HELICOPTER HAD LANDED FOR RELOADING AND WAS STATIONARY WITH ROTORS IDLING. A GROUND LOADER PERSON APPROACHED THE HELICOPTER OVER A SMALL SANDY KNOLL AND WAS STRUCK BY THE MAIN ROTOR, SUSTAINING FATAL INJURY.
