Narrative:THE PLT STATED THE ACFT HE WAS PILOTING ENCOUNTERED A SEVERE DOWNDRAFT DURING INITIAL CLIMBOUT, WHICH FORCED THE ACFT TO THE GROUND. UPON GROUND CONTACT, THE ACFT NOSED OVER ONTO ITS BACK.
